To maintain the quality and exclusivity of our service, please note the following return and refund terms:

Domestic Orders (Within Egypt)  All orders are final once delivered. Due to the nature of our operations, returns and refunds are not accepted after delivery is completed.

 In certain rare cases where a product is clearly labeled as Ready for Immediate Delivery, customers may inspect the item before payment. These cases are limited and will be explicitly mentioned at checkout.

 International & Custom Orders , Products ordered from abroad.

For this reason, returns and refunds are not available for:  International shipments or Custom orders items.
